When you install the Extension, we generate a random, anonymous user ID (e.g., "user_1234567890_abc123"). This ID is:

• Stored locally on your device in Chrome's secure storage
• Not linked to your personal information
• Used solely to track your subscription status

1.2 Subscription Information

For paid subscriptions, we store:

• Your anonymous user ID
• Your subscription tier (Free, Pro, Team, Enterprise)
• Your subscription status (active, canceled, expired)
• Stripe Customer ID (for payment processing)
• Subscription expiration date

We do NOT store: email addresses, names, payment card details, or any personal information.

1.3 Usage Data

We track minimal usage data locally on your device:

• Daily screenshot count (resets daily, not transmitted to our servers)
• Feature usage (which features you use, stored locally only)

1.4 Payment Information

All payment information is handled securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not have access to your credit card numbers or payment details. Stripe may collect and process payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

1.5 Website Analytics

When you visit our landing page, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics, including:

3.1 Local Storage

• Chrome Storage Local: Daily usage counts, preferences (stored locally only, not synced)

3.2 Server Storage

We store minimal data on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform):

• Anonymous user ID
• Subscription status and tier
• Stripe Customer ID (for payment processing)

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard security measures.

3.3 Screenshot Data

Your screenshots are NEVER transmitted to our servers. All screenshots are processed locally on your device. We cannot access, view, or store your screenshots.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Payment Processing

We share your anonymous user ID with Stripe to process payments. Stripe may collect payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

4.2 Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate the Extension:

• Firebase (Google): Hosting, database, and cloud functions
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Google Analytics: Website analytics (anonymized)

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not use cookies in the Chrome Extension. The Extension does not track your browsing history, visit cookies, or use any tracking technologies.

Our website uses Google Analytics cookies to analyze site traffic. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Your Privacy Rights

6.1 Access and Control

You have the right to:

We retain your subscription data for as long as your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days, we may delete your subscription records. Local data on your device is retained until you uninstall the Extension or clear Chrome storage.

9. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are using the Extension from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and stored in the US. By using the Extension, you consent to this transfer.

10. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
