SnapStyle is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to capture, edit, and style screenshots with custom backgrounds, annotations, and export options. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and limitations.

We offer Pro, Team, and Enterprise subscription plans with enhanced features. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment information directly; it is handled by Stripe, our payment processor.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription. Refunds are processed at our discretion and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Changes to your subscription will take effect immediately. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to renewals. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

You retain all rights to screenshots and content you create using the Extension. However, by using the Extension, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use anonymized usage data for analytics and service improvement purposes.
All screenshots and content created using the Extension are stored locally on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit your screenshots or content unless you explicitly choose to share them. You are solely responsible for the content you create using the Extension.
We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that the Extension will be available 100% of the time. The Extension may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPSTYLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnapStyle, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Extension or via email (if applicable). Your continued use of the Extension after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
